Police Constable – Douglas 3330
This was night 2 of my audit on 17th division downtown Oshawa, Ontario. This Constable is completely unhinged and we will be filing a formal complaint against him in our upcoming video. Also there are plenty more tyrants operating out of this police station as you will see in the next few days when I upload more of night 1 and night 2. Even a possible charter rights violation I will be pursuing in court.
